Tim awarded me with many things over the years. First, and foremost, was his
love and friendship. Which, as you know, he was never shy about expressing.
"You are loved" closed almost every e-mail, phone conversation and note to
me. And I always believed him.

Humor and laughter ran a close second. There was not a mood or reverie from
which Tim could not transform me to gleeful giggles and goofy guffaws.
Again, this was not something awarded to me alone. You could all say the
very same thing, I'm sure.

Third? The typewritten notes. We all received these. Who the hell types in
this day and age. Sadly, no one anymore. Tim was the only one. How special
is that?! Very. But, again, not uniquely bestowed upon moi. (For more on
this, read the tribute written by her Royal Tallness, Lisa Ashcraft.)

But perhaps the one Tim award which I can uniquely lay claim to is this one:

Yes, I will carry to MY final resting place the the title of Galootis
Maximus! Direct from Tim's mind to my bathroom wall came this spectacular
award. I worship at this Temple of Tim several times a day. More often in
the morning, coffee hours. And every time I do, I feel loved.
